LEAD+ brings together leaders from the not-for-profit sector to strengthen their peer network, develop their leadership approaches, and access the resources to help improve organisational resilience.
​
Established in 2020, the programme is a partnership between Young Manchester, The Oglesby Charitable Trust and Polly McAllester Leadership Coach.
A six month course for for leaders of not-for-profit organisations.

Six half-day workshops exploring leadership and sharing real-life challenges with peers

Six one-to-one coaching sessions

Access to a leadership behavioural profiling tool

Further business support via Bruntwood.
Participants can expect to explore the neuroscience of leadership, develop their self-awareness and understand more about their leadership approaches and impact.
They will connect with their peers in a trusted confidential space where real challenges are explored to support learning and growth.
Organisations that have participated in LEAD+ range from small community initiatives to Greater Manchester representatives of national organisations.
